I purchased two versions / brands of foam makers. I tried the other one first, it was trash - literally did not work. This foam maker is so much better. The lid closes securely, all the parts work. It made a very frothy foam. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

This was definitely an aesthetic type of want due to the cute little cat ears added onto the pump and the graphics on the container. I really like the brand, I Dew Care so was excited to see how well this did with a cleanser. When it first arrived it was in the original packaging. It is an absolute lint magnet though because it had quite a bit of lint on both the inside and outside. No fingerprints/smudges, no chips in the plastic, pump and container is well made and smooth all around. Seems somewhat durable as far as the plastic but I could potentially see it cracking if dropped. Easy to handle and comfortable when it comes to creating the foam. I happened to have the foaming cleanser from I Dew Care so I initially used it first and barely added the recommended pearl size amount, the foam created barely took any effort and it was comparable to a large marshmallow. I used other foaming cleansers to see if I would get the same effect…this bubble maker is capable of creating a huge, soft, whipped, marshmallow cloud with just about every foaming cleanser. I really liked using it with the rich, creamy based cleansers the most because it gives such an awesome sensorial experience. I like how it doesn’t create the foam that has something of a light, soapy, lathering look to it or the foam starts dissipating into numerous bubbles before you can actually cleanse…it stays a thicker consistency for quite a while. It doesn’t require much cleanser at all to get a thick foam, the small amount recommended is enough for a thorough cleanse. My kiddo saw the foam the other evening and never really paid attention to it before, but, this time they did and was all about it. Now they get the bubble maker just about every evening and we have to use it to make “soapies” so we can wash our hands. Would definitely recommend if you want to add a bit of fun or have a different sensorial experience or don’t want to have to put much effort into creating a lather with your hands. ... show more
