I’m a medium in everything but for some reason something was telling me to buy a large. I did and fit perfect. I’m 5’3 and weight is unsure honestly, maybe between 135-145 lbs. One of my least favorite tops. As soon as you sweat you feel it immediately, the material is uncomfortable and doesn’t seem to be breathable. I do not recommend.

I am quite chesty so I thought the large would suffice. I’m a 38 DDD. I was wrong. I do however like how tight it fits around the arms so it does what is says as far as compression.
