Bought this to make floating candlesI bought this because the floating candle wicks are horrible. So I actually put this in a glass with Awake with a hole in it so that the week just passed through another week keeps the wicked out. And it lasts so much longer than any of those floating candle wicks that are out there. Also when there’s still leftover wax and I really like the candle I’ll put that in another candle base and then I’ll take all the leftover wax from any of the other candles were they didn’t melt and then put that in there and let them all melt together and it actually smells pretty good. This item is so handy for those who make candles on a regular basis. There are 3 sizes. I tested one and it was smokeless until I blew out the flame and there was smoke at that point but there was no smoke at all during the burning of the wick.

These are easy to use. The crimping of the base is often not centered correctly so you may have to manually bend the wick to get it to set right.
