    • It’s a $20 controller at best
The main thing is the controller works, the tri modes are nice. But as far as build quality goes? This is the absolute bottom tier of any controller on the market right now as far as build quality, astoundingly pathetic product from Hyper X, feels like the analog sticks might last a week at best. Buttons feel very sloppy, and the triggers feel like they have no tension at all. this is an even bigger disappointment than the cloud wireless buds, do better HyperX, you’re losing your grip. ... show more

So the controller is great it's small enough to fit in a bag and in your pocket if you have large pockets And on top of that it brings a lot of great accessories But my only issue is that it didn't connect to my phone it was having a hard time connecting to my video games!

Bought 2 days ago got it yesterday, immediately noticed it was too small can barely hit the left amd right buttons without shifting hands from the triggers. Will be returning today. That being said it does have nice features like wired, wireless, and bluetooth configuration. And a nice little indicator showing battery life. If only it was bigger. ... show more

Connected easily to my phone and I think I like this over the Razer Kishi because it feels more like a controller and the phone is placed a bit higher rather than in the middle of the toggles. The controller itself doesn't feel premium or high quality. It feels a bit cheap, and the triggers are kind of hollow. The buttons can feel a little mushy at times but for me I don't really mind when playing mobile games. This controller can be connected to a PC, but I don't recommend that. The flaws are fine for mobile games but will become more apparent when play PC games. ... show more

This is a fantastic controller for the mobile or PC gamer, packed with features and built with quality in mind. I own a few different peripherals from HyperX, and the brand has never let me down. The HyperX Clutch is another quality product from the label. I share this controller with my son. He uses it for mobile gaming, primarily for playing Rocket League Sideswipe. I use the controller for gaming on my PC, mainly for Steam or playing emulators. ► Layout & Buttons: The layout and feel are similar to Xbox controllers but maybe a little heavier. Adding the mobile cradle and smartphone will (obviously) add to the weight. The d-pad works excellently, and the buttons feel and perform responsively and without "squishiness." The concave joysticks work great, too, and feature plenty of grip. I'm also a big fan of the shape of the L2/R2 triggers. They have an extra-long design that sort of holds your fingers in place. A simple toggle switches between wired, 2.4 wireless, and Bluetooth connections for gaming on multiple devices. ► In-game Performance: I tested this controller playing several games on Steam and various emulators and have zero complaints. The controller works well and is easy to set up and use. Inputs are quick and responsive. I also tested this on my own and with my son on RL Sideswipe; he is a beast in that game. The controller offers a massive edge in online gaming compared to the on-screen controls. ► Notes: → This controller is not compatible with iOS devices. → I wish HyperX had a built-in storage compartment for the 2.4GHz USB dongle. It's small and easy to misplace and would be easy to build in a storage cubby into the controller for when it's not in use. ► Closing: This is a fantastic, versatile controller. It's well-made, works instantly, and has excellent battery life and performance. Recommended! ... show more

I've always liked HyperX products as they are typically high quality and within most people's budgets due to affordability. I've only used their headsets and keyboards in the past (always super happy with those). This is the first time I tried out a controller from them. It looks and acts very similar to the Xbox controllers. Super comfy and easy to set up on your PC. I had mine ready to game within minutes! Battery life is amazing as I can game for a solid few hours before it even starts to show low battery power. Reaction time is great. It's currently about 50 bucks which is surprisingly low compared to other PC/mobile wireless controllers on the market. You can barely buy an Xbox One X controller for that either (their average going price seems to be about 75). This controller doesn't work on any of the consoles. Bummer but I get it.
