The media could not be loaded. The color is beautiful, the style is just what I wanted. It’s made well. It’s cool how the battery is in the frame. I like everything about it, except this bike is too big for me. It’s not made for short people. I recommend that you are at least 5’5. I am only 5ft and I can’t get on it or control it well. I didn’t try it out on the road because I need to send it back. For taller people the bike fits them nicely ( my bf, his brother and my landlord all tried it). I think it is an amazing value for the money I spent. I wish I was tall enough to have this gorgeous bike. It took my bf about an hour or so to assemble it by himself. It doesn’t come with tools so you will need all of them on hand. The battery is a little tricky to get back in after you charge it. Comes with 2 batteries keys. One to put away just in case the other gets lost. If you are over the height of 5’4 and under 275 pounds this could be the bike for you. I really wish this was smaller so it could be the bike for me. Advertised to go 20 miles without recharging. Made it 2 miles on flat land before hitting half charge (I charged the battery for 4 hours before first use). Pedal assist randomly stops working while riding. Bike isn't even walkable when dead, it's like trying to walk a brick down the road. Had to call an uberxl to take home. The bike also arrived with a dent in the back fender and paint chipping. Had to uber to work -.- this will be my first ever amazon return but I want my $399 back. The seat is also the most uncomfortable bike seat I've ever sat on, I could feel it through my bike shorts. My manual bike is easier to ride than this thing.
