I figured that for $600+ this ladder would be made of lighter and stronger materials. Unfortunately, I was totally wrong. The ladder is too heavy for one person to move and set up. The rungs are not sturdily connected to the vertical members. when I extend the ladder fully, it wobbles. I don't feel safe. customer service is awful and on the verge of extortionists.
