I use it as a jumper to plug in my vacuum pump and other things when I’m working on air-conditioning units. it works as advertised the alligator clips are thin tip makes it easier to clip onto a bare part of a wire without removing it , safely with the insulation around it.

safer clips and shaped to get into hard places , helps me immensely be safe the nickname of these type of cords are "suicide cords" always kill power while connecting or disconnecting.

When we install a Rheem Condenser if there no outlet near the unit placement we have to run a cord. Using this tool gives us the choice of to cord or not to cord.
