I guess it’s my fault for not looking at the size in the description, but I was expecting them to be much bigger. When I opened the package and saw how small I thought I’d be returning them but the cats LOVE them! So we kept them and they play with them all the time. I have two 3-year old kittens. They want to play all the time & are bored with the many toys we have bought for them. At first, the stick seems small, but after the cats start playing with them, they are perfect. They chew on the ends and so far no fraying. They chew on the rope and no fraying. I feel that they are getting some tarter off their teeth by biting the rope. I have bought several stuffed kick-toys that they ignore more than they ignore me when I call them. They love to kick these! They are small enough they can get a good grip holding the stick with their front paws, and they kick it hard with the back. Highly recommend! ... show more

my cats would not even go near them. in fact they avoided them and would go out of their way to get around them. my cats are not picky either. They love all the other toys, catnip, wands, etc i have gotten them. but NOT this. total waste of money
