After being non-weight bearing on my right knee for 10 weeks, I needed something to help me transition from using a walker to walking unassisted--and this cane is just what I needed. My Physical Therapist recommended a quad cane, so I found this one. It is definitely not for those who require a lot of support, but as my leg has strengthened in the past couple of weeks, it is a great tool to get me away from depending upon the walker.
