I really like this cane. It is very sturdy and I feel safe using it. For whatever reason there were only three rubber tips on my cane. One was missing. I read this in several other reviews so I went ahead and ordered extra tips. I was hoping mine would have all four tips but no such luck. But I also ordered extra tips in case some of them wore out over time. It's a shame that people in the production line at the factories cannot count. Every quad cane should have four tips. I was able to change the setting from left to right, since the right is my preferred side for the cane. My right side is where I had a failed rotator cuff repair surgery. The cane does feel a bit heavy for that arm, so I may just change it back to being left handed. Left handed will take some practice, but It may be necessary.     • Showed up missing the set screw! Useless and unsafe without it.

Set screw should have been secured to the cane so there was no way for it to be missing. The cane is useless and unsafe without it. This is a mobility medical device. Amazon did nothing to help obtain the missing set screw leaving me with an unsafe cane. I needed this cane for my mom's return from rehab. Manufacturer does not answer the phone. ... show more

This cane is so much better than the first one I tried. It has a sturdy and solid wide base so I don't feel unstable when I use it. It is a little heavy but not unmanageable. I am very happy with it.
