I have only used once so far, but the boot straps are quite large for my small foot. I may have to remove the boot heal piece in order to make the straps fit more snug around the back of my foot.     • Snow shoes are great - the poles aren't.
I had issues from the first use with the poles. It took me until the 3rd time to realize 1 of the poles is just defective. It won't lock in place at all, so you adjust the height, get ready to go, the first time you put the pole down in snow - it collapses to about 2' tall. So I use the one I have left, works ok for balance on super sketchy snow, fresh snow, I don't need the poles. The baskets continually fall off. I ended up hiking more than intended as I need to keep back tracking to find the lost snow basket. The snow shoes are AWESOME and I love them - just not the poles so much. I'd give the snow shoes a 5 star - the poles a 1 star. ... show more

I've only had these snowshoes for a couple of days but I have taken them out a couple of times for walks in the woods behind my house. They are easy to get on and off with rachet type adjusting devices on the straps. So far so good.

I got two pairs. One pair is still going strong. The other one, however, broke after one season of use. It had only been used maybe four or five times. I understand that these are affordable snowshoes and maybe not the best quality. But, the most disappointing thing is the customer service. We reached out immediately to the company after it happened, both here on Amazon and through the company's website/email. We have not heard back from them. It has been a few months of trying to get a hold of them and still nothing. I'm going to try fixing these myself at this point. The product is decent for the price, but proceed with caution. If they break after a few uses, you're pretty much out of luck. ... show more
