  • Great product and value
I bought this pump and accessories after researching my best options for the price. I have a small 1/4 acre pond and want some air diffusers for both ends. I purchased this about in February 2020 sometime. I bought a housing to go with it so it was protected from the elements and had electric already out so I was able to plug easily into a timer. Easy to setup, was about 50 yards from the house and never heard it run. Worked great up to a few weeks ago. My house is on the Myakka River in Venice Fl and up to Hurricane Etta (Fall 2020), even though the property flooded it was nothing like the amount of water Etta brought us. To make a long story short, the water ended up being high enough to enter the pump housing ( and the housing was raised, not resting on the ground). I waded thru the water and managed to unplug the pump. Once the water went down, I plugged it in again but found the pump was buzzing and not pushing any air. I contacted the manufacturer in China who responded within 24 hours mostly due to the difference in time. I told them what happened and asked if I could ship it off to have fixed. It wasn't their fault and I was happy to pay for the repair if reasonable. I was informed it could not be repaired but they would be happy to replace it (a new model by the way) at an extremely fair price including shipping from China. I took advantage of the price and their service and within about a week I have my new pump and it is working great. They also sent me 2 new 100 ft airline hoses at no additional cost to me which I did not need and am trying to return. In my opinion, great product and great customer service. The pump is easily well built and I have no doubt will last a long time. The airline hoses are thick rather than flimsy and the diffusers themselves heavy and well built too. It's obvious the company stands behind their product and I would definitely purchase this again if I had too. ... show more

  • Great Product, been working since Dec 2019 with no issues
I live in FL and have a natural spring fed pond about 3.5acres with max depth around 12ft. I chose this pump over a diaphragm for longevity and to drive two diffusers. The first issue just happened. But it was not the pump, the metal shielded air hose gave out. I routed it with an sharp bend and over time it gave out. Not a big deal. I also mounted this in an improvised deck box that I bolted the bottom into of the firepit frame (you can't see it, its attached to a beam under the pump). Then I put two vents and bought a cabinet fan blowing air out a dryer vent. The high temps in the box, in summer is about 120 f. I also put shackles on the sides to hold the lid on. It has survived two cat 3 hurricanes. I spent less than $100 on it. I routed power into the box and have the pump on a timer with an on/off switch for maintenance. Put conduit underground into the pond and then feed the two sinking air hoses into the pond. That way the hoses are hidden from the suns damage. In the picture you can see I have removed the damaged silver hose. The other one looks good but I will be replacing it. Also looks like the tywraps holding the capacitor have broken. I will replace those too. Not bad for over 3 years. ... show more

  • Warranty Honored
I had problems with the compressor after approximately 1 yr 10 mo. Was making loud ticking noise. It came with a 2 yr warranty. Seller advised me to order a rebuild kit ($35.70) to fix it. I ordered it and tried to fix it with no luck. Seller was responsive to emails and finally sent a new replacement which is working well. Aerator/compressor does the job for what I've expected. ... show more

  • Lake aerator system
This system comes with everything you need to set it up and get going fast. I have bought one for myself and a neighbor plus recommended to many other people on our lake. At least six other people have purchased this aerator and have had no problems. Can’t go wrong. It comes with everything but an extension cord. ... show more

  • Solid built
Like that it is so well built right down to stainless steel wing nuts and glossy brochure. This company is serious about making a very good product.

  • 15 months in and still happy
I ordered this and installed it for my in-laws July of 2020 - the install was easy, although I changed out a few fittings and added a nice pressure gauge. I had to add a manifold to balance the pressure since one bubbler is closer and has a shorter line than the other. 15 months later it is still going strong. We have it in a vented enclosure, and on a timer - cycling on and off every few hours. Pond is looking great, significantly less algae and no fish die off due to ice closing off the pond in the winter. The only maintenance so far has been changing the air intake filter which had gotten dirty. ... show more

  • Questionable durability
Purchased in July '22 along with the recommended cabinet and was used per the owners manual for roughly 4 months until being disconnected and stored inside my garage for the winter. Prior to storing it the system worked as designed and I was pleased with the performance. However, after reconnecting it this spring there was a noticeable drop in performance which makes absolutely no sense. I don't know what the problem is but it shouldn't be happening. You'd think for $700 the pump wouldn't need rebuilt already but evidently it does. ... show more
