I wanted a soft throw rug for the entrance to my office and this one is a nice addition. It is soft and I liked the color. The one issue is that it is thin and I would not recommend vacuuming it. What I do is open the window (I'm on the 2nd floor) and I shake it out to get rid of the the dust and small particles. We’ve had a couple of “accidents” and I’ve spot cleaned it and it’s been very easily cleaned and I can’t tell anything happened. One detail: Take rug out of vacuumed sealed package, 1-2 days prior, so rug has time to FULLY expand & give the beautiful softness of it. It has a small “shag” effect to it. I needed a throw rug in my room. The color was much prettier in person than in picture. Fit perfectly in the space needed it for. There are only 2 things that I did not like. The first was the smell when I opened the package. Oh my the chemical smell nearly knocked me for a loop. I had opened and placed it in my room but the smell was so bad I put it in the spare room to air out. The smell lingered in my room for hours. Next day the smell was gone both in my room and on the rug. The second is that the while I really do like the material of the rug it is VERY slippery. It feels like while walking on it I am going to slip. Other than those 2 things I do like the rug and glad I purchased. Just air it out first!!!! ... show more
