    • I ordered a new HP printer and it was SEVEN years old and OBSOLETE according to HP customer service.
You shipped me a printer that was SEVEN years old. According to HP customer support it was not compatible to print with the most updated software on my MacBook Pro. HP support said that the printer was OBSOLETE. These printers should not be sold to consumers. It is not appropriate that I pay a restocking fee. ... show more

Beware don’t buy from Noodletech. The worst customer service experience I ever had! The printer arrived defective. It was printing doubles. I had two return this and NoodleTech didn’t give me a full refund instead they charge me over $100 in restocking fees. I ordered this printer from another seller and it works perfectly.     • printer comes with Strong smoke and pungent perfume smell without a printer box
The smoke and pungent perfume smell is too strong and I cannot try further to take it out, but have to return.....

    • Does not work with new 5g routers
I just replaced my home router to keep up with my increased speed and now my printer will not connect. I looked it up and it's because this printer is not made for 5g routers. Disappointing.
