The sound they put out is great. My only problems are getting them to initially connect out of the case. The other problem is they disconnect alot after they connect. It seems like you have to put it back in the case to get it to reconnect. For me its a pain because i dont carry the case close around me. The problems didnt start right away. These are beautiful, I bought them to match my house of Marley bluetooth speaker , which is amazing, and sounds awesome! But for $150, the sound is super weak!!! I bought the TOZO T10, that's waterproof and $120 cheaper, and they sound like you are in a car that has a bad @$$ sound system. So unless you are just buying these to support the trees the marley's plant. Save your money and buy the TOZO T10, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! ... show more

    • They don’t stay in at all and awful connection issues
Beautiful product, nice sound quality, and good microphones for calling. My problem after having them for only a day is with my smaller ears, they don’t stay in at all even with the smaller silicone ear pieces. They fall out on their own within 30 seconds of putting them in. Also, pairing. One pairs while the other doesn’t sometimes, they lost connection often and one ear’s audio lagged behind the other. Sometimes it’s hard to pair them back up and you need to go through the whole process all over again. Touch controls are finicky. They work sometimes while others they don’t. They don’t get very loud and their controls are somewhat confusing. Pretty disappointed because for the price these issues shouldn’t happen. I was very excited to get these as I’ve had house of Marley headphones before and I’m honestly pretty let down. ... show more

    • Poor connectivity and OK sound
I love Marley wired earbuds, and really wanted to like these. Alas, I returned them for two reasons: (a) connectivity was unstable; regular disconnection and stutter sound, and (b) mediocre sound when it was working. Note that I was connecting these to a Dell XPS 13, which do have Bluetooth issues; however, my recently acquired Jabra Elite 75t's have had no issues (and I highly recommend them; there's really no comparison). The 2-star review is for the wood, which is unfortunately more stylish than functional, from what I could tell. ... show more

My opinion... Horrible customer service, bad Bluetooth connection, they don’t stay in ear with sweat and way to expensive for the first 3 things I said.

    • TROUBLE WITH PAIRING
THE LEARNING CURVE TO USE THESE IS SUPER STEEP. MANY TIMES THE DEVICE UNPAIRS WITHOUT ANY CAUSE. I COULD BE 3 FEET AWAY OR 3 INCHES AWAY AND THEY BECOME UNPAIRED. DURING THE PAIRING PROCESS IT ALSO DISAPPOINTS, IT SAYS THAT THERE WILL BE A PROMPT SAYING IF YOU WANT TO PAIR THE HEADSET SO YOU CAN LISTEN FROM BOTH EARS. THIS IS A LIE. BOTH ON MY PHONE AND LAPTOP THIS DIDNT WORK I COULD ONLY LISTEN FROM THE LEFT EARPIECE. I UPDATED ALL THE DRIVERS ON MY COMPUTER AND UPDATED MY PHONE IT REMAINED A PROBLEM. Not only do they support AAC, but they also support aptX! How do you NOT describe this in the marketing specs?! USB-C, great battery life, hot looks. What's not to love! Sound is crisp, but not too sharp, mids sit nicely in the driver's seat, which means vocals are not recessed, and bass is fairly deep, round, and solid. No bass bloat or weak sauce bass, it's just nice and sweet. No noticeable driver flex. Dual mics also work well for calls. 5 Stars! ... show more
