I've had this about 6 months now. I waited this long on purpose to see how this would hold up. Honestly, it's a pretty decent bed for the price I paid. I was REALLY skeptical when I unboxed it. Every piece was kinda flimsy and I could bend most of the bars with very little effort. I put it together (that took a while by the way, thought the instructions were clear enough to me), and check that out it's actually kinda sturdy. My daughter has been sleeping in it half of the time (shared custody) for 6 months now, and I've seen no issues so far. Her friends will come over and there will be 3 of them in the top bunk playing, and I've yet to see any major issues (other than it does "creak" a bit with that much weight as they move around). I looked at other beds... this had the features I wanted at the price I was willing to pay at the time. I knew it wouldn't be rock solid, or top tier quality. But it is pretty decent.     • Wonderful bed but takes ages to build. Many parts.
My 5 year old and his friends are thrilled by the steep and slithery 🛝 . The bed did take hours to build and it took two people working on it consistently to get it done. There are many heavy parts. Would i recommend? Yes. But be prepared.

I purchased this metal bunk bed with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Safety is my utmost concern, and I regret to report that my kids have been hurt multiple times due to the bed's metal frame. This is exactly what I was looking for it’s not too high and just the perfect size. It’s a great color and such a fun bed to have for children I would definitely recommend pricing is good and sturdy as well.

    • It's okay, I guess.
When I first came across this bed, I knew I wanted to get it for my babies. It was low, it had a slide, and it seemed like a good bed. After finally receiving the bed, I learned quickly that it was not like I thought it would be. It took two people to set it up, which took about an hour and a half, maybe two. A lot of the boards were missing numbers, and some holes weren't fitting correctly. I feel the slats could be stronger, but instead they're really thin. I definitely would not recommend getting up on the top bunk if you're over 200 lbs. A few places since having it has chipped and or cracked around the bolt and slide area. So that's all the cons.. The pros to it. My kids love it. They love the slide, even though it is a little steep. They build forts under it and sleep comfortably! I also love how short it is. Overall, the bed is an okay bed, and gives plenty of playing room for three kiddos sharing one room. Would I buy it again? No. ... show more

We purchased this for our little one and he loves it. Having the option to put the slide/ladder on one side or the other is great depending on how your living space is. Very sturdy overall (there is a weight limit for the top bunk slats so just keep that in mind). Con - the wooden slats are not smooth so be careful in under the top bunk. Perfect for my two girls , it's nice that it is low to the ground especially if you have little toddlers. Didn't seem to hard to assemble directions were clear. I was able to complete it in a few hours by myself while working at a leisurely pace. Only negatives would be : some parts were missing labels so that made it a bit more challenging and some holes for the provided screws were stripped. I also don't recommend using that little Allen wrench that is provided at least get a screwdriver with Allen tip. Overall impressed with the design. ... show more

I was skeptical of all the reviews about it not being sturdy or it was hard to put together. I’m here to tell you those folks just don’t know how to read instructions and put something together. It only took 2 maybe 3 hours to make put together (and that’s with the kiddos playing swords with the wood). The bed is very sturdy, all the parts came intact. the kids love it and I love it. I love that the top bunk is just high enough but low enough where I can still see and put my oldest to bed. The slide and the ladder are sturdy as well. My only complaint would be that it ships in 2 different packages that arrives at different times. Kind of inconvenient because prime said it would be here in 2 days, which one package did but the other didn’t arrived until 3 days after the first. ... show more
