The fragrance was great and authentic. When receiving and opening I found the box to be wet and the smell of the fragrance. The cap was on the bottle but the atomizer was broken and leaked about 1/3 out. This was packaged this way in my opinion. I right away ordered a new bottle from Amazon to save what I could. A big disappointment in my product and certainly not a value at 25$ less than a manufacturer price. Too much extra care was taken to make sure it didn’t leak. A ziplock bag extra tape and bubble wrap. I did not try to get another bottle to replace because it is fragrance and I’m not shipping back in the current state. Again the broken atomizer fell out of the cap and I feel was shipped this way for around 175$ ... show more

This is a very solid gentlemanly scent. For a fougere this is very elegant and made for older men. A beautiful old school scent with a modern twist. I love this one!

This stuff is amazing. I've been searching endlessly for oak moss scents post the EU ban on the stuff. My former favorite, Terre d'Hermes, lost its charm completely when they reformulated. This is more floral than the Hermes; but the oak moss picks up in the bottom notes- which is exactly what I was wanting. Very stately and elegant. I do wish it lasted longer- but I have yet to find a perfect scent in my lifelong quest for the Holy Grail of Cologne. Until I find that mystical paragon of perfumes, this should work charmingly for the journey. ... show more

Love the smell got comments all the time. But on me it does not last long maybe 1 1/2 hours but I buy again I am hoping it last longer in winter on me

This is my absolute favorite cologne in the world! I get so many compliments from friends and family. Strangers often stop and ask me what I’m wearing and where they can buy it. It’s a fragrance for men,but women seem to respond to it very well! It is the only perfume I wear.

Fougere Royale is exquisite and should be in any gentleman's collection who appreciates refinement and class. It IS fresh and spicy, and has an amazing masculine 'feel'. It ISN'T aquatic, nor overly musky, nor a generic 'mall scent'. Blind buy? Yes, but only if you can handle the compliments that go with such a stately fragrance. ... show more

I did not realize its a cologne I have. Its packaged in a black box which made me think it was something new. When I opened the box, very suprised its something I have already. Wish I could return it
