This is an awesome room freshener. The only thing I'd say bothered me is the fact that you must download their app to change settings / set timers. This was purchased for an office space, and in order to change the device settings, the app had to be downloaded on an employees personal phone, which is very inconvenient. And the bottle is a very nice size. I’m hoping I don’t have issues with the surface of things being oily. I read that in a review! Has me concerned, but will cross that bridge when or if it happens! And I guess that would be more of an issue with the diffuser. Very expensive, but we shall see what family and friends think when they come to my home ... show more

So, let me just tell you I do not like this scent and I do not like this company. Stay tuned to hear why... Preface: I've been buying a Westin inspired scent on Amazon from another seller for the past 2 years. It's AMAZING and SOOO EXPENSIVE. I've been buying 6 little 2ml spray bottles for $189. They smell amazing and everyone that comes into the home loves it but I'd need like 6 little bottles a month. Chapter 1: I was looking online for alternatives and stumbled on Aroma360 site. I filled out their survey and requested a sample of the Westin scent before I purchased their scent and all their accoutrements. Chapter 2: The samples never arrived and after seeing the same Miami phone number on my phone for days I finally answered. They have a person call to schedule you to talk to some 'Scent Expert.' Basically, they just want to size you up. I was interested in the box that connects to the home and I have two a/c units for my 6k sq ft. home but I wasn't about to invest a bunch of money without even smelling anything. So, I said, "I asked for a sample weeks ago" and they said in order to get a scent strip then I need to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. Chapter 3: No, Ma'am. Do not offer 'free samples' and them expect people to pay shipping and handling for a lil paper strip sprayed with a scent (literally what she described to me). I listened to the pitch but declined everything. They kept telling me there was a 30 day money back guarantee but, let's be honest, going to the post office (or wherever) to return an item is pure hell. Chapter 4: I decided to purchase the "Dream On" on Amazon. Initially, I bought it because I thought it would be easier to return if I didn't like it. To be honest, it got a little lost among the packages and I didn't smell terrible in the bottle but I didn't have a diffuser so it sat for a few months. Chapter 5: I finally bought a new diffuser (apparently the last two didn't make it in the move or they're still packed up and lost) and finally used the "Dream On" scent. I have to tell you this scent is the most.... Chapter 6: Floral Douche Nastiness. I'm not a lady and I wouldn't douche with this smell. Not my booty, no my mouth, not my ears or nose. There is not a hole on my body that I would want to smell like this. It is so floral and so nasty and nothing like the Westin. The Westin scent is white tea but also has a woodsy cedar scent. The "Dream On" is ALL floral and reminds me of the 'Eve of a Summer.' Chapter 7: I'm going to go back to the extremely expensive and slightly shameful (because of the price it's borderline abusive) scent spray that I found on Amazon.     • Smells Amazing but it fades fast

I bought this to use in my JCloud diffuser that is connected to my HVAC. It disperses the aroma all through the house and it works amazing. This is only the second aroma I've tried. The first one was a JCloud brand scent. When the JCloud sent was empty I excitedly filled the bottle with this Dream On scent. It smells amazing. It has a very airy/clean laundry aroma. I thought for sure this was the one I was sticking with. However after about a week, I noticed I cant really smell it anymore. I figured maybe I was just getting used to it. But I also checked the machine to make sure it was dispensing the scent which it was. I increased the interval at which it dispenses the scent and it made little difference. Im not sure how the scent can be less effective over time. With the JCloud scent, I could smell it the whole 3 months it lasted. This Dream On scent doesnt seem to linger. When the HVAC fan is off the scent quickly goes away whereas the JCloud scent lingers until the fan turns on again. I am not sure what to think. My system is working properly, Im pumping it in more frequently but the aroma just doesnt seem very effective. It did at the beginning. It smelled so good. These scents are pretty costly so im apprehensive to try another from this brand. I ordered a different JCloud branded scent to switch to and see if it is any different. ... show more

The scent is ok for a office space, not a home. It would be nice if they sold a sample set of markers, that way buyers don't get stuck with a scent they don't like. I had to mix it with a sweeter essential oil I already had to use it.
