Hot Shot's Secret Everyday Diesel Treatment (EDT) provides performance- boosting daily care for your engine, with a cetane booster that delivers a range of benefits, from increased power to a decreased number of DPF regen cycles. This 2 pack 16-ounce diesel fuel additive treats up to 400 gallons, and maintains clean injectors, adds lubrication, neutralizes acids and keeps rust and corrosion at bay. All of this adds up to an engine that performs better, uses less fuel and lasts longer. EDT includes several different components: - Cetane booster uses special nitrates to speed up the combustion process for more power and mileage up to 7 points - Add lubricity and protect expensive fuel system components with infused LX4 Lubricity Extreme formulation. - Keep your injectors spraying efficiently with a keep-clean level of injector cleaner. - Corrosion inhibitor forms a protective film on the metal surfaces of an engine and neutralizes acids. - Demulsifier takes care of condensed moisture and disperses it.     • Easy to use and a good price
Without this measuring bottle, it's a pain in the butt to hold the fuel flapper open and pour fluid in without getting it all over my hand. This makes it a little easier and I don't have to clean up a shot glass.

Cheap insurance to protect the sensitive and infamous CP4 high pressure fuel pump on the 6.7 Powerstroke engines. I use this every fill up and the diesel extreme before each oil change. I change my fuel filters every 10k miles and since using this, I’ve never had a single drop of water from the water separator, and my filter comes out looking brand new still. On average I notice .5-1mpg gain as well. Definitely worthwhile and will continue to purchase this product in the future. ... show more

I used this as a Diesel engine driver, my engine lights popped on and I was scared lol. Cleaned my injectors with this fine product, 300 Millie’s later the check engine is gone. Thanks hot shot great product, only giving 4 stars here because the altitude made it leak in the back of my truck lol. Got a hot shots stain for life now in the tailgate.     • Best diesel treatment
I have been a faithful user of another top shelf diesel treatment (stanadyne). I noticed my duramax was hazing at idle. I checked my balance rates on the injectors and had one reading high. Seen a you tuber using this in a high dollar D-max. So I bought some Hot Shots and tried it. With in a few miles I noticed that my truck had noticeable more power. It idled quieter, ran down the road with less engine noise. Then checked my balance rates after running a quarter tank of fuel and all injectors were normal! I also put this in my 6.5L diesel which are turds from a power stand point. With 215k Hot Shots made my 6.5 feel like a new motor. I even put this in my folks 7.3 power stroke. They couldn’t believe the difference in the way the truck improved in performance. So in short. This is by far the best fuel treatment for diesels in my option!
