  • ADJUSTABLE SHAFT: The kayak oar has a straight shaft and measures 90.5 (230 CM). The adjustable mechanism can extend the paddle to 94.5 (240 CM). The angle of the blade can be changed and adjusted from 0 to 60 degrees. The paddle allows for blade feathering in increments of 15 degrees.

I bought this paddle back in October 2022 and it still looks like new (it's kept indoors when we're not paddling, so maybe that's why it hasn't faded like others have mentioned?). The paddle's light weight makes kayaking all day easy and the turtle pattern gets lots of compliments.

Great paddle, easily adjustable, once you figured it out. Lightweight, much better than a cheaper aluminum paddle. When I rent kayaks, I bring this along and instructors like it more than their kit available. Plus, turtles!

My wife liked that they are lightweight and have an attractive design. The only downside is that they don't have an oval grip area like some of the other high quality paddles. Rather expensive.

I've been using this paddle for a month or so now and I love it. - The material is light but durable. (I had an outfitter shuttle me to the top of a river and as the worker helped me unload, he grabbed my paddle and was shocked by how light it was compared to the standard plastic paddles you get at a rental place.) - Cuts clean through calm water, holds up against the digging you sometimes have to do in shallow parts. - Love that it collapses for easy transport. I have a wider kayak (33") so it's nice to know I could adjust the length if I was using a narrower kayak at some point. - Some standard paddles hurt my hands because the shaft is too wide in diameter, but this hasn't bothered my hands or wrists yet. - Other paddlers dig the design too! Since this is the first one I've bought, I was somewhat concerned this would be a "pretty but cheap" paddle, but I've been pleasantly disproved. This paddle has served me very well so far and I would certainly recommend it to others. ... show more
