Repaired an old coup. We have snakes so this is necessary- plus little racoon paws cant fit thru. I have had a critter reach thru and grab a bird- just to kill it.

    • What happened to quality control? UPDATED!

UPDATED! There was so much that wasn't welded and was just loose wires. There were rows and columns that were missing all together. There were parallel wires that overlapped and were welded in place. The amount that was unusable is ridiculous. It wasn't just one spot; there were too many messed up areas to count. My project required hundreds of feet hardware cloth but I couldn't cut sections more than 100 inches without coming to an unusable part. I had rolls of wire of the same dimensions from two other companies and had no problems with those. Complete crap! Do NOT recommend! Update: The company contacted me via email and were apologetic to the quality of the wire. They offered me a full refund or to ship me a new roll of hardware cloth. I opted for a new roll and recieved it very quickly. I've not had a chance to use and evaluate this new roll yet but I can say that the company has great customer service. I retract my statement of not recommending this since the company immediately reached out to correct the issue. Changed from 1 star to 4 for the great customer service. I will update my review again after I have used the new roll whether it's better or worse. ... show more

It said right on the roll that it is 23 gauge when this listing clearly says 19. Not safe enough for my chickens out here in the wild. Cuts like butter. Would be really good for a simple project where you're not trying to deter coyotes.

This item was priced well & seemed to be of good quality. It was well packaged for shipment. However, the packaged arrived a week later than what the seller had originally stated. I was on a tight work schedule, so I had to purchase a similar item from another seller. I ended up returning this item.
