I don’t feel it’s good to put on a table due to the amount of black residue from the backing that just comes off in crumbs everywhere. I even attempted washing it in hopes of losing some of those crumbs. It also frays. I will be returning it! Awful.

The runner has a very annoying smell (sprayed several times w/Lysol unsuccessfully) and “sheds” grass blades when touched.

I wanted to use this for Easter but each time I moved it, it left a trail of black residue. With that in mind, I didn’t feel comfortable having this near food, so I returned it. If you need a patch of fake grass for the ground then maybe this would work, but definitely not great for a dining table.
