This is a great pan when you need one a little bit bigger than the standard 9x13. It’s great for lasagna. In the photo I made a ratatouille bake (recipe from Mark Bittman) and had too many veggies for the standard pan. This one was perfect.

I love this pan. I have the “13x9”. It’s perfect in every way except that when you use 18 lasagna noodles, the amount in a package, and all of the other things that I put in lasagna, it’s at the top of the pan. So when baking it I have to put it on a cookie sheet to catch anything that bubbles over. It’s not quite 3 inches deep. I thought it would be deep enough, but not quite.
