  • No smell of plastic
Size: Mixed Unit Count: 6.0
I do like this kind of mouth guard. It is easy to mold and doesn't even smell like chemicals or plastic. I am very pleased with quality and it is comfortable during day and night. The mouth guard stays in place and great buy and fair price.

  • Good comfort
Size: Mixed Unit Count: 6.0
I like these because they mold well and are comfortable. The big plus for me is the extra thick cushioning on the thicker pieces. That makes a big difference for your teeth and jaw having that extra space in between. This is a good buy for people that clinch.

  • These are the only mouth guards that work for me
Size: Thick Unit Count: 12.0
These are the only mouth guards that work for me. One mouth guard lasts about 1 month. Just depends sometimes 2 weeks. I' microwave, a cup of hot water. Use the little blue stick that comes with it. I dip it in very very hot water A microwave my cup for 3 minutes a coffee cup. But then i dip mold into h2o until it's almost see through the silicone or whatever material they used to make it. and then I put it directly in my mouth in front of a mirror. you line the little dip at the top. That would be where front teeth are when u put the hot mold in your mouth to shape. That little dip up lines up with the middle of your Little dip in your top lip and then you gently bite down. And you can use your fingers to push it and molded up around your teeth. I usually cut off the back ends. Where about my last 2 teeth on each side would be. that way It's not so hard on my jaw at night Time and I can get more air to breathe also. I feel it works better that way. A dentist actually told me that because. I was waking up with a sore jaw in the morning from biting down so hard in my sleep On this piece of plastic. Well so hard, it was making my back jaw, sore. it was a genius idea that worked perfectly. I wash the mold off in the morning with a toothbrush & a little rubbing alcohol to kill any bacteria. Some people just wash them off with toothpaste to kill any bacteria, whatever your preference is. Just make sure to rinse it really well!! Cool water. one time I did not rinse it really well and I had A little bit of rubbing alcohol sitting on my tongue at night and was stinging my tongue a little. I still do it the first way I just rinse it really well an it's fine. I highly recommend these. It's an excellent price. I go through 2 boxes in about a year. Which is in a good deal compared To not having to have any more teeth pulled or any more damage Done to my teeth from clenching at night. Clenching at night without using his mouth guard well My teeth were getting all chipped & broken & they were moving. I had to have 2 back teeth on each side of my mouth removed. Because I had impacted them & cracked them when you're asleep. If you have nightmares or bad dreams and if you've had any trauma, your body will automatically go into protective mode because you're sleeping and you won't even know it. And you'll be clenching your biting down way to hard. if your gums are white and Bumpy like cauliflower gums That's what the dentist called It then chances are you're clenching your teeth at night and not even knowing it. But I was having headaches and facial pain from doing that. I use these mouth guards and it has solved 95% of the issue of the problems maybe more I was having. I highly recommend these. It's been a life changer for me big time & saved the rest of my teeth. This Is it definitely A 5 star product, I have tried other brands. They don't work. Also they have a money back guarantee. The dentist tried to sell me a 5 to $700 mouth guard specially made I almost got it & then my friend told me she got one from the dentist. And it's exactly the same as these pretty much. But she ruined it and bit through it in about a month's time. I asked the dentist how long they usually lasted And she honestly answered said some people a month. And all that money would be wasted. So I would rather use these!! Which are not a big plasticity hard thing in your teeth your mouth When you're trying to sleep. You get used to It after a while and you don't even feel it in your mouth at night Time. especially if you cut off the sides where your two back teeth would be on each side. But this is my story & I'm sticking to it. This is my honest review. As descriptive as possible .It works and I've been using this product. This brand for several years now & I would not change it for anything. I hope this review helped someone. This is my pictures after I made my molds tonight and i cut off The back edges where the last 2 teeth on each side would be. ... show more

  • Thick, large mouthguards that last through my bruxism
Size: Thick Unit Count: 6.0
I grind my teeth in my sleep, and I grind HARD. Each of these mouth guards last me about a week. That is all I can hope for, since my grinding and clenching is severe. These work for me straight out of the box, no molding. However, I have a large mouth and (as I said) I grind hard, so I need the extra thickness. I am very happy and will continue buying these as long as they make them. ... show more

  • Don’t waste your money!
Size: Mixed Unit Count: 6.0
Pretty angry about this product. I bought these to replace another brand of guards, whose small company succumbed to the pandemic. I bought the pack with both the thin and thick guards to compare them with my last guard of my previous brand. I’m a pretty bad grinder and can go through these boil and bite guards fairly quickly. Same can be said of the expensive ones from my dentist, which is why I choose these cheaper ones. I had high hopes for the thicker ones. The good: Each guard comes individually wrapped. Comes with a sleek black storage box. The thick ones are THICK. That’s it! The bad: Unless you have a HUGE mouth you’re going to need to seriously trim the thinner ones. You can see in my included pictures how much larger these are compared to my previous brand. They’re not thicker, just bigger. The front of the guard is so high in my mouth it actually hurts. Yes, they can be trimmed, but then you’re left with non rounded edges that are equally not comfortable against the inside of the mouth. Then you have to CAREFULLY take a lighter to the edges to heat them, so you can round them. What a pain! The thicker ones are not nearly as high as the thinner ones, which begs the question why the thin ones need to be as high as they are. Onto the thick ones, the ones I had high hopes for. I followed the instructions TO A TEE. I had multiple timers set on my phone so as to time each step 100% accurately. Guard one was destroyed when attempting to remove the dip stick from it. The guard melted and stuck to it! Remember, I had a TIMER set, so it only stayed in for the instructed time. I decided to deduct five seconds when doing the second guard. After scrapping guard one off the dip stick I was ready to go. Guard two was destroyed when it melted and stuck to the dip stick. Again, other than reducing the time by five seconds, the instructions were followed exactly. Again I had to scrape the guard off the dip stick before moving onto guard three. Guard three I reduced the time by ten seconds, fully cutting the instructed time by half. The guard still melted and stuck to the dip stick, though not as much. It’s possible I could have salvaged the guard had I actually been able to mold it. Because it was only in the water for half the time the guard was not nearly pliable enough to mold to my teeth. Dipping it back into the water for another five seconds did nothing to improve its pliability, because the guard was already cool. Dipping it for longer resulted in it melting and sticking to the dip stick, which in turn ruined the guard. Three thick guards all ruined and unusable. What a waste of money. You can’t exactly return a product like this for a refund, so it was basically like setting money on fire. So in the end I wound up with three out of six guards that MIGHT be usable. I say might, because they’ll require a lot of trimming, heating and rounding to get them to fit. That may or may not work. I REALLY wanted these to work, especially the thicker ones. In the end, they’re pretty much an epic failure that I can’t in good conscious recommend to anyone. ... show more
