I am allergies to beewax if large amount. I tried the name brand lip balm with beewax in it and in two days my lips started to swallowed. In few more days, my lips started to blister and chopped. Since then I stay away from lip balm or lip stick with beewax. This one is perfect. I love the color and tasture. It is not chalky or greasy. I have olive skin tone so Fruit Punch looks good for me. I love that it's vegan and non-toxic (according to my app YUKA, which shows every ingredient and explains if it's toxic or not). I'm dealing with a bunch of autoimmune dz's and need clean ingredients in the products I purchase and Honest has so many!!! The colors are pretty, the moisture is what I need so I use this multiple times everyday, I love it! I ordered my lip balm in July, 6 months ago and it's still going strong so it does last! The balm is nice but there’s hardly a cover when you get pink. The thing I didn’t like there wasn’t a safety wrap around the balm. I can’t tell if this has been used or not. I’ve never bought a balm or lipstick that didn’t have a safety seal around the opening. Doubt I’ll buy again because of the safety issue. ... show more

This lip balm is amazing!! It moisturizes a little bit, adds some color, can go over other lip stains (Lychee looks perfect over the top of Lip Vinyl in Captivated) and I also love to layer the balms themselves. You can put on one swipe of balm for just a hint of color, or really work it on for deeper pigment (in the photo I did multiple passes so you could see the color well). I couldn't pick between the colors so I got them all, and I'm so happy I did! I can't get enough of them, even when I'm home alone with my baby, I put some on because I love it so much! I LOVE lipstick!! But when hormone imbalance and health issues prompted me to look for nontoxic beauty alternatives, I was skeptical. Would the product be smooth, pigmented and healthy? I found this one and LOVE it. It feels so good gliding on, has natural look but enough pigment to feel like I’m wearing lipstick. It also feels nourishing for my lips… they feel healthier after wearing it. I would recommend reapplying every hour or so because the color absorbs naturally into your lips. So if you like a deeper color, you will need to continue to apply. Ok, so at first I wasn't impressed. However, that's more my fault for the color I picked. I wanted something with a little more color, but this is hydrating and pretty still. It's a very light peachy pink. I would pick a shade or two darker next time.
