A while ago, I noticed that my garage door had a wide gap under it, allowing rain and wind to seep in easily. This makes my garage very humid and sometimes critters get in. This weather strip is very easy to install. It has an adhesive back, so you just need to stick it on the lower edge of the door. The effect after use is very noticeable. Easy to install. Just clean the threshold REALLY well, apply adhesive and stick it down. Closing the garage door on it holds it in place while the glue dries. Has worked well for me to keep both rain and mice out of the garage.
