In this price range, you're likely not going to get a perfect rug with great cushion so you make sacrifices somewhere. This is a 5-star buy as far as the price range (I would buy it) but, honestly, you are looking to buy a 4-star rug in this price range and this is one of them. The rug looks good, feels nice and has good grip. The reason it's not a perfect rug is that I have it on my wood floors and never really feel it adds cushion under my foot when I step on it and I would prefer that from my rugs. The color was vibrant and pretty. It stayed flat well but I’d recommend carpet tape or the mat because we did trip over it a few times. After three months it started looking matted and nasty and it is hard to vacuum and clean. It’s super soft and about a quarter of an inch thick. I recommend getting a better vacuum and using it in a place with low track because it becomes matted and nasty. Do not eat over it! ... show more

After reading good and bad reviews, I decided to order this rug and I love it! It is so soft and looks just like the picture. It is not a thick rug but perfect for my living room under my coffee table. Bought this to replace a former black rug I had in my living room from a luxury brand. The color is the same and the quality was decent. It’s pretty fluffy and definitely does need a few days of breathing on the floor before it’s at its full potential. The non-slip on the bottom was an added bonus that my old luxury branded rug didn’t have! Also, since the price point was low I thought it may end up having a smell but it didn’t smell like anything!
