I would give this coffee maker a 5 star overall rating except that you are unable to buy replacement carafes or filter for it. The wifi instructions for use are confusing. I've been using an Atomi wifi pot for several years but they are out of stock. I've also replaced several carafes in that time so am disappointed that there are not any available for this nice coffee maker. Two cons…1 it drips bad when pouring out into your cup. 2 the measurements on the coffee crafte aren’t even close, it says 12 cup but over full with only 10. Probably going to return it.

The coffee is very good, but getting the Wi-Fi to work is impossible. It shows the Wi-Fi is connected, yet won’t start coffeemaker. I might send it back as I purchased it for the Wi-Fi option.

The media could not be loaded. WiFi only works with 2.4 gigahertz connection and took a dozen tries to connect, the power and WiFi buttons are constantly blinking at you and are quite distracting.

The carafe is so thin that it is only a matter of time before it cracks. The mesh holder for the coffee grounds is flimsy as well.
