I was at first put off by the color but it ended up being perfect for the room I was using it in as that room has an accent wall with the same color in it. One of the screw holes for the base of the shelf was crooked and very slanted. This made the whole shelf unleveled and impossible to put together correctly. The color is also not gold it’s more of a mustard yellow. I will be returning this, very disappointed.
