We bought this tent in March. Love it. Set it up again in May for graduation party. Mother Nature sent an unannounced big wind and rain storm. Bent many poles. This company was so wonderful. I contacted them and told what happened. No fault of theirs. We Offered to pay for replacement poles. They sent them immediately and did not charge us. And my husband realized a couple weeks later, we miscounted and needed a few more poles. Again, they sent them. Love this tent and company. ... show more

My purpose for buying it was to put a new motor in my old truck so that I could work out of the sun. What did I like? The canopy was easy to put up, my wife and I put it up in an hour or so, also it looked nice I was thinking this would be great for family get togethers with a couple of long tables under it. What did I not like? To start with when putting it together I saw that all of the corner pieces or joints are plastic and the framework tubing is supper thin. We sat it up on a concrete driveway so I put a cement block at each leg to tie it down to, which seamed to work. The next day I go out and start working there is a pleasant breeze but no strong wind the first thing I noticed was that one of the top framework poles kept coming out of the joint in the corner but I just snapped it back in. I had to go somewhere for a couple of hours in the afternoon and when I came home the whole thing had collapsed down on my truck, some of the plastic joints had broken and some of the metal joints had split open. This is one of the worst things I have ever purchased it is completely unusable for its purpose. I bought the canopy in December in anticipation of working on my truck but did not start on it until march. When I went back and looked at the ad the price had gone down and they added a disclaimer at the bottom that says "Warm Note: We advise customers to never leave canopy up overnight or under bad weather conditions." This was not on the original ad when I bought the "Tent" it has been added so I am not the only one that has had problems with it. I do not know what environment they designed this tent for but here in Georgia, southeast United States the weather can change quickly you will not have time to take it down as they now suggest. So at first we were told by Amazon that they would refund us but then a week later they said after review it had been too long and that they would not do a refund. I understand that, but we only had the tent up about 24 hours. The company says we have to send it back at our expense and when they receive it they will refund us. So I am not sure that we will ever see any compensation. I think Amazon should remove this type of tent from there site, what comes to mind for me is a dozen or so children or old people sitting under this thing, the weather changes a little and it falls on them. It's not very heavy but look at the pictures, at the split tubing those things are like razors. "DO NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF TENT" ... show more

This is the wort product I bought from Amazon. It is so fragile that I could not even use for the event that I bought this. With all the trouble we assembled it and it was down and dismantled after couple of hours. I wanted to set up this to keep some snacks for an event. We set it up night before the event and when we are doing other decorations for the event this was down already. I had the doubt when this was assembling because it was so fragile. Worst ever product. I bought this bit earlier for the event and did not set up until day before the event. Because of that my return window has been closed by few days. When I called Amazon customer service to explore any options I can have the Amazon customer service person told that they will file a case and the seller will contact me within 48 hours. Now it's been almost a month and no one from the seller contacted me. My advice is never buy this cheep product or any from this cheep seller. Very poor product and very unsatisfactory customer care by the seller. Amazon also should flag this kind of sellers and should not let them to steal customer's money. This will affect the image of Amazon too. Because we are tend to think as if this is selling in Amazon it must be a good product. I still believe seller or the Amazon should refund my money that I wasted on this bogus product.
