Edit: I have changed my review because I have to say the customer service of this seller has been fantastic. They read my review and really wanted to make it right for me. They went above and beyond and for that I thank the seller. Good people to buy from! The offered me a different item or new product from their store, refunded me, and let me keep the one I bought. Five star sellers. I was looking forward to getting this rug because of the design, but what a disappointment it is after getting it. The colors are NOT vibrant at all and it's because the rug is thin and junk quality. Not only are the colors not vibrant but there are all kinds of lines throughout the rug that distort the design, again because of the super cheap quality. My own mistake. The blacks are grey and the greys are blue. I have even tried washing it and it did nothing in the terms of helping. I would definitely buy something else if you are looking for a quality rug.
