These are really soft at a good price but, I don't like them for washing my face. I can't get a good grip on them. They don't move smoothly across my face. They're a decent size, and they wash, rinse and dry well. I even put one of them through a laundromat washer and dryer and it was perfectly fine. I don't do heavy duty makeup, so all I really need to use these these (unless I use my waterproof eyeliner) is water. I still cleanse my face afterwards, but they do seem to at least remove the majority of my makeup. Okay. I truly wasn't expecting them to remove makeup as well as they do. They wash well, and are amazingly soft, and I was using them as mini hanging washcloths. But then I saw the makeup they removed. I was shocked. They didn't smear, they removed the eye makeup that I had been wearing.
