I bought this chandelier and the electrician came to install and the nightmare begins he did all the work needs to be done before he hung this up I just told him to check if all the lights are working properly he said it should it’s every thing new but because I tell him test it so he plug it and it’s get short from the outlet we tried more then three outlets and all short circuits I call an other electrician he has said your chandelier has faults then they open the bottom where the manufacturer tie all the wires and surprisingly the fault is there I uploaded the pictures of that portion with wrong wires tie with wrong combination which is universal coding it can be as dangerous as cause death or burn the house . They said since we open this part we can fix the problem or you can return but these struggle took 3 days and how I pay the electrician for 3 days work and it’s still not done then call him again to do it so I thought can call Amazon tell them the malfunction of that product and get money back at least what I paid extra for that hard job to the electrician but I was so disappointed they keep telling me I have to return it to them for refund. The ppl who know electrical wires they will see in pictures what am talking about my electrician even told me you can sue the company because that’s dangerous mistake how they did this . ... show more
