I have 3 children and this couch does not withstand the use of 3 children. I purchased in 7/2019 and within a few months of purchasing, 1 of the cushion’s material ripped. I dealt with it by hiding and did reach out to support in February 2020 but never heard back. I brought this up with a couple different amazon representatives over the phone and was told to look out for an email from the team. I never received anything. Through covid it was not a priority and we hid the ripped side. Now I am outside the warranty, and the springs inside the cushion have completely sprung and the cushion is not salvageable. I called the company to find out how to purchase a new cushion and was told I would need to buy a whole couch. I am also told I’m out of warranty and nothing could be done now, even though I have email proof of my first inquiry to resolve this. This couch is not comfortable, and is not strong. If you need it for a room that is hardly used, then it’s fine. For actually family life it does not hold up. Other notes, the lining has completely shredded from underneath the cushions and the base. The spring in the ottoman have also sprung. It doesn’t affect our feet but don’t sit on it! The Velcro is not strong and the back cushions lean forward so the Velcro is visible. Other notes, the first seller we bought from never shipped the couch. Amazon helped us, credited our account and we purchased the couch through prime. I would not buy this couch again and would advise against it. It does not hold up at all. ... show more

Ok so I will start by saying that for $599 this is a nice couch. The material is soft, the color is a pretty light gray & it seems to be a pretty good quality. The downfalls: the couch is two separate pieces with nothing holding the lounge to the couch, so on hardwood floor it slides everyyyyywhere. I'm sure it's an easy fix but definitely something that is worth pointing out. Also, the cushions on the lounge also slide everywhere. I recommend purchasing some utility strength Velcro when you purchase this couch because you're going to need it. The comfort level is ok. The back cushions are very firm and puffy so it makes the part you sit on pretty shallow. If you're a tall person with long legs this probably won't be comfortable for you. (I'm sure the cushions will flatten more in time and be better.) The corner and lounge are more spacious and comfortable. Also it's a bit straight up and down for my liking. I like the backs to lean back a little so you are in a more relaxed position. The ottoman is not currently available but when it's in stock i'm going to to buy it to create more of a longing, put your feet up and relax type vibe. ... show more

Decent couch for the value just make sure you get it sold by the actual seller had all the tools and bolts needed to assemble assembly wasn't too horrible got it done in 2 hours and not much one to build furniture only downfall was the shipping I had it squedualed for the 18 but came on the 13th was sort of an issue cuz noone was going to be home in the afternoon cuz of work but came early enough so wasn't a hassle. But really happy I took the chance with this was really regretting my purchase from the reviews but glad I took the chance! Just also make sure you inspect the cushions and parts,wood, and etc upon delivery you are allowed to open it up and inspect for damages before you sign the paper work! Don't sign for damages goods since they are able to send it back onto the truck to Amazon for a replacement! Just make sure you know what you are getting upon delivery! ... show more

    • Nightmare Couch!

We had so many issues with this couch. First of all we had delivery set up for a Friday between 3-6pm so my fiancé arranged his work schedule so he would be home in time. We received a phone call at 12:30pm from the driver informing us he was in our driveway. My fiancé and I both work 45 minutes away from home so we asked the driver to return within the original pickup window. Later that day, the couch was delivered. However, the driver wasn’t able to get the truck in our driveway so my fiancé had to transport our brand new couch in his pickup truck from the street up to our front door. We got the couch unboxed and completely assembled only to be met with utter disappointment. This is such an uncomfortable couch. The back cushions are rounded so they arch your back a bit to much but the backrest is so short that you have no head/neck support. The back of the couch is completely straight up and down. We tried sitting and laying on this couch in multiple positions and could never get comfortable. The chaise isn’t connected to the rest of the couch so on hardwood, be prepared to slide. Also the seat cushions aren’t attached to the chaise so they slide all around as well. Needless to say, we returned it and that was even more of a mess. It was tough to select a day for pickup so we ended up with a Wednesday between 12-3pm. Again, my fiancé moved his work scheduled around to accommodate. At 2:45, still no pick up so my fiancé called the dispatch number and they informed him that they couldn’t reach the driver. So my fiancé waited and the driver finally showed up a little after 3. Over the course of this whole ordeal, no one apologized for the inconveniences or showed any interest in our complaints. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with an amazon purchase and delivery. ... show more
