This is a very nice and heavy duty frame that we ordered to frame a 24x30 puzzle. The frame was true to size and very well built and sturdy. Mounting the puzzle inside the frame was very simple. When the frame arrived, it was damaged (dented 2" along one edge where the box had been smashed) that obviously happened in the shipping process. I sent a message to Homeforia about the frame being damaged in shipping and that I would keep the frame because I really liked the quality and didn't want to mess with the return process. I did not expect the frame to be replaced since it was a shipping issue and not the faulty of Homeforia. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding and they replaced the frame free of charge even though it was not needed or requested. In this day and age, its very rare to see a company go above and beyond for customers, but Homeforia did and I very much appreciate their high level of service. ... show more

I needed a small frame for a little poster that I have, nothing too fancy. I love the gold color, exactly what I was looking for. I love the fact that it's real glass and not plexi-glass. The package was protected well, so it arrived in good condition, except for the the bottom hook being broken. It won't go into the little slot where it's supposed to hold the photo in place. Since I'm just placing this on a table, it's no big deal. Might be annoying to others who are trying to hang it. I really liked the fact that a hanging hook came with this package and a little thank you postcard was included by this family owned business. It's not worth the hassle to return at this point and I would buy from this company again. Thanks! ... show more

Before I ordered these two frames, I read a lot of review of various frames on Amazon. These frames had the highest reviews, so I decided to take a chance. I am very pleased with my purchase, and they look great on the wall with my two new 16x20 photographs. The frames arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the secure cardboard packaging. There was a plastic fixture that fit snugly in each corner of each frame (eight in all) to prevent the frames from making any contact with each other. I gently removed them, along with the sample photos and the mats, since I was not going to use either of them. They arrived with the necessary attachment to hang them onto the wall. I just used a hammer to pound the small nail into the supplied hook. One thing that surprised me was how easy it was to adjust the hooks on the back of the frame that are used to keep the photos in place. With some frames I have purchased over the years, especially the cheaper ones, tightening and loosening the hooks have been much more difficult than I would have preferred. With these frames, the whole process could not be any easier. Note: There was a very nice personal note inside the package that asked for a review of the product, and that is why I wrote my review the day after I received the product, however, my review is 100% my opinion and I was not offered anything to give a good review. Furthermore, had I been offered something for a good review, as has been done for one other product I have purchased from Amazon, I would note it in the rating. Thank you for reading. ... show more

Nataly at Homeforia certainly took the best care of this situation. I purchased these frames through Amazon, however, the glass was broken when my package arrived. I contacted Homeforia and Nataly quickly replaced the complete order. I received two new frames in perfect condition unbroken within several days. I emphasize it wasn't Homeforia's lack of quality, however, it was Amazon's lack of packaging supplies such as no bubble wrap, no foam cushion, etc. was protecting the glass frames. Nataly at Homeforia took complete liability and replaced my beautiful frames without me needing to return my broken frames. That is above and beyond customer service. I could not be more satisfied or happy! This is a high-quality frame that will securely and beautifully hold my cherished image. I am so glad I bought it. You know how it is, sometimes a reasonable plastic frame will do but then there are things that you value that are more deserving of a proper frame. Maybe it is a picture of a cherished moment or a piece of artwork that you feel that connection with. In my case it was a character image signed by the actor portraying the character. Whatever it is for you, this frame will more than meet your needs. It is impressively presented with a special notecard from the owner, Nataly. It has strong metal fasteners and is easily taken apart for placing your item. Mine was the one with a matte and it is also of high-quality material and cut to the perfect specification. When you get yours, take your time. Place it on a flat, smooth surface (the box it comes in works well) to not stress the glass as you remove the backing. You want the frame itself to take the weight. Take your time, get it right. And when you do, you will be rewarded with an heirloom that will likely outlast you. You can place it in a prominent location and take great joy from seeing it every day. Think of the possibilities. What will you place in yours? ... show more

I purchased one, and loved it so much I purchased a second to create a matching set. The second one arrived broken from delivery, and the shop-owner replaced it for me for free. There was no delay at all. She shipped a new one to me the same day she got my message. Just know there's a glare in the glass. I'm new to buying frames so didn't think of that ahead of time, but you will see your reflection in it. ... show more

I somehow thought that I was getting a frame with an 8x10 window in the mat. It is 9x12 and I will have to order something else for my 8x10 print. I can put this frame to use on some other art, but it's a hassle. On the positive side, it seems very well made and looks nice. But I cannot hang with a picture wire as I would prefer, due to the design of the clips. ... show more
