This is a well built, quality product. It came assembled, and I bought the liner bags for all 3 chambers. What I didn't realize is that if you fill a 13 gallon compostable trash bag with compost, it will rip the bag when you try and remove it!! I had such a mess! The bag ripped and I had compost "juice" everywhere!! YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!! So don't overfill any of the trash cans and only partially fill the compost before you change the bag!! ... show more

It was what I wanted however it was dented in the delivery I assume. I didn’t want to go through the trouble of returning it because it probably will be the same thing if a new one was sent. Therefore I’m living with it.😟 Disappointed because there is no way of hiding the dents.

The waste bins are a size that you can't find bags for at any normal store. Also the bins are a lot smaller than you would think. Sometimes it is laughable how little I can put into the bins.

Not looking too return it, just maybe a half refund. I did contact the company. Hope they do their due diligence. I do love the product! It works for us! Cats won't get in it! Lol we can recycle and compost! Super excited! Other than not closing all the way I do love it!!
