I just got this kit and can't judge over time durability. But straps and all metal parts look durable. Straps seem a bit softer/thinner than my GYM TRX set but again still seem durable. On the shortest setting straps are 69 inch from the door top to handles with all parts in place. You can make straps shorter if needed by attaching handle part directly to the door attachment strap or skipping length adjusting straps.     • Very strong straps, need more instruction/tips for fitness newbies.
These are very strong straps that give me the ability to get a better at-home workout. It would be helpful if “installation” guide would have been included and, as someone that is not a fitness person, an exercise guide with what to do with the different exercises that can be done with this would be great. It did come with a card with 6 different exercises, but the images are not detailed enough to show section to use or how to connect them, so I would have to say that they aren’t that easy to use. I love having these TRX for my home gym! They help me to get a stable lower squat, preform one leg squats, gain arm strength, and give me confidence working out. The bag is nice to store them or if you need to travel and still want a good workout. They are good quality and seem like they will last a long time. I use the straps only as a pre-workout warmup. As you can see, the straps are coming apart. May be this pair, returning the straps for a refund.
