I originally purchased the 5x7 moose rug. It seemed as though it was not rolled but accordion folded. The color was also a lot of yellow, which should have looked more beige so I returned it. I then purchased the bear rug 5x7. Apparently, the only way they roll it is accordion style and then set a refrigerator on it to set in the creases! Here is a picture of how I tried to get all of the creases out! I'm really trying to love this rug with the Bears because I like the colors better, but it may have to go back if the creases don't come out... Update! After Three or four days of being weighed Down, to try to get the creases out, I decided To keep the bear rug as I like the colors afterall. It came out pretty well, and the pattern matched my Sam's Club lap throw! Win win! Just have a couple of small bumps... hoping in time it'll lay all the way flat. Hopefully this review helps someone else 😊 ... show more

I hate buying big things like this online because the return process would be a nightmare. However, I am so pleased with this rug and how beautiful it is! I have a cat that likes to do its cloth thing on the rug and I’m terrified she’ll ruin it like the last rug. However, I can’t notice anywhere that she has damaged. It’s just such a thick and well-made rug. I do wish there was more padding on it cause my floor underneath is really hard but that’s just another step! What a beautiful rug. I love this rug and would highly recommend it. The colors are bright and it looks exactly as I expected. I've ran the vacuum cleaner over it several times with no issues. No defects, quality if very good. A bit of a new rug smell that went away after a few days. About an inch of the inner edge of t he rug didn't want to lay flat after being rolled up for shipping. I just put that end next to the wall with some furniture on it, I imagine with a little time being unrolled it should press out and lay flat. ... show more
