Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

The chair in question is a faux-leather, racing style gaming chair. Whilst it offers decent back support, users report issues with its comfort and practicality. The faux-leather material tends to retain heat, causing discomfort during longer usage, in addition to trapping odors. The chair’s design has been described as attractive, but the comfort level may need to be enhanced for prolonged use.

Pros

  • 👩‍💼 Good for multiple sitting positions and offers strong back support
  • 🎨 Attractive design and appealing to younger users
  • 🕹️ Suitable for gaming and other extended computer use

Cons

  • 🔥 The material can get uncomfortable in heat
  • 💺 Some users find the seat padding inadequate
  • 👃 Material tends to retain odor
  • 🛠 Some assembly challenges have been reported

Should I Buy It?

If you prioritize design and back support, this chair could be a good choice. However, due to the heat and odor retention, as well as potential discomfort with prolonged use, it may not be ideal for everyone. We would suggest considering these points before making your purchase.

  • Good quality for the price!
Color: White
My back was hurting from sitting for hours in a soft dining chair to do my work at the table. I decided to get a sturdier chair and one more ergonomically designed for spending a lot of time in it. This chair really did the trick. I wanted one of the lovely colors, but I got the black and white color because it was the cheapest. It is still very attractive and well designed. I have to comment on the ease of assembly. I am a senior female. The instructions were fairly clear but I had to rely on the illustrations because the parts were not labeled/lettered as in the instructions. I still had the chair together in about 40 minutes, first time and without error. The chair is sturdy, the castors roll easily. All mechanical parts are covered with smooth plastic covers. It is easy to adjust the angle of the back and the seat height. The lumbar support and the head support can be adjusted with the elastic straps The back adjusts from bolt upright to nearly parallel with the floor. The textured plastic arms are not padded which is my only criticism. I really dont use them and may actually remove them. The chair freely spins 360 degrees and it is easy to get in and out of it. The padding is firm, not hard. You do not sink into it, but it has enough give to be comfortable. I like to rest my feet on the legs instead of the floor. Although I have only been using it a week, I am already experiencing less pain from bad posture. At this point, I do not hesitate to recommend this chair. If I have any updates about function or longevity, I will update this review. I'm happy with my choice. ... show more

  • Cool chair
Color: White
Chair is very comfortable and glides well on the floor. It reclines perfectly and head rest is removable. The chair was, for the most part, easy to assemble. I got through half way and then need some help to finish. All in all, great chair, son loves it.

  • Good chair with great price but some minor issues.
Color: White
I've had this chair for about a month now and these are my thoughts. Pros: - Easy to setup. Many reviews claimed it took them about 30 minutes, and it took me about that same amount of time. There's only a few pieces and they all fit together really well. There was one hole that was covered up by fabric, but a small incision remedied the issue. - Comfortable. This isn't the MOST comfortable office chair I've sat in, but it IS the best at this price point. The included lumbar and head cushion are a great inclusion but are a little stiff for my taste. Probably just need to be broken in. - Price. This chair is an insane value. Compared to other "racing" chairs I've tried, this pretty much is on par. The chair feels a little stiffer than other racing chairs, but the shape and seat feel pretty much the same. Cons: - Top heavy. Every now and again, I'll go to reach for something on the floor and manage to tip the chair over. This is due to its small base and larger seat. I'm a fairly clumsy person but I've never tipped an office chair before. - Non-adjustable arm rests. It's a minor thing and for me they are at about the right height, but it would be nice to have. There are other parts of the chair that aren't adjustable, such as how far forward the backrest is, but this is the one that stands out most. Overall, this is a good chair, but not a great chair. It meets all of my needs and works for me, but I could definitely see this not working for someone else due to the lack of adjustments in general. It definitely needs a break-in period before it starts to "feel" like an office chair, but once it gets to that point the chair is fairly comfortable for long periods of time. It's price is a major selling point and if you're looking for a "gaming" chair or just need something with a tall back like I do, this is definitely worth it. ... show more

  • Not Actually the Worst Gaming Chair Ever.
Color: White
I've gotta say, if this isn't the worst chair I've ever purchased, it's pretty dang close. This thing is terrible. If I could go back in time, I'd choose the second after I ordered this chair so that I could slap myself in the face. I wouldn't go back seconds before and stop myself, because this poor decision should hurt someone, by golly. Features: The terrible smell, the cheap-feeling pleather, the wheels that take so much energy to roll that they're essentially square rocks, the hard as stone arm "rests," the sounds it makes (listen, I promise it wasn't me...it was the chair), or the slightly too slender seat base, this chair has it all. All wrong. I swear, the moment I opened the box, I felt a heavy sense of regret sweep over me as the smell came wafting out of the box. New things smell bad sometimes. I get it. But this was the worst. I may have gotten the big 'rona from opening this box alone. I get it, it's a relatively inexpensive chair, and I shouldn't expect much from it. But whatever low expectations I had, this somehow disappointed. It was really just a stop gap chair while an old faithful, 10-year-old chair gave out, and I got a proper replacement. But I even feel bad donating this thing to my 10-year-old kid. I was fooled by the relatively good reviews on average. I should have dug deeper. This one star review won't make a dent in the 11k reviews on hand, but if you happen to search through the negative reviews, believe me when I tell you to keep looking, man. It's no bueno at all. Edit: So I've been using the chair for these few months, and spending much more time in it than usual. I ordered another chair, but it's STILL not in. However, the seller reached out to me about some service issues, and I've gotta say that their service is top notch. The chair has held up well, though some of the above issues still exist. It's on me for maybe setting expectations too high. It does its job, though, and I'll keep rolling in it until I DO get a replacement, whenever that might be. It'll be an upgrade for my son, too. Edit 2: So it's not that bad, really. The smell is gone, the pleather is easy to keep clean, and the wheels have kind of broken in. My kid loves the angle he can drop the back to, and it looks sharp for him. I still haven't received my chair, but this one is worth what I paid for sure. Those armrests are still diamond on a Mohs scale hard. ... show more
