The media could not be loaded. I do have to say that's probably the best $105 I've ever spent. I didn't have any problems with holes not lining up for the bolts, I do have to say it is pretty comfortable, it's not that hard to put together... The directions are not that self-explanatory That's the only thing negative I have about it really but if you have a hard time go on YouTube and type in the name of the chair and just put how to assemble and then the name of the chair it pops right up there's plenty on YouTube to look at to help you out if you don't want to use the directions, but it's pretty easy and it just takes common sense to put together, you really don't need the directions my opinion but other than that it's comfortable to me it's pretty durable, of course if you don't plop down in the chair it will last you longer of course. Not a bad buy, definitely would buy another if needed. And the design is cool. ... show more

The lumbar support is great! Much better than the cushion on my other chair, and it was the first thing I noticed when I sat down. It’s very firm, so I don’t “morph” into this chair and it feels much better on my back. The reclining aspect is nice. It reclines in very small increments, so it may not be “perfect” for some people, but it feels very sturdy and doesn’t wobble. My only complaint is that the even though the pieces are labeled in the instructions, the pieces themselves aren’t labeled. Thankfully putting the chair together is fairly intuitive, but if you have two pieces that are similar (armrests, or seat connectors), it may be hard to tell at a glance which one is which. Overall this is a very good chair. The adjustability is top notch and the base moves easily and is very lightweight. I didn't give it a five-star rating because the padding on the seat is really not very good. I actually had to order a gel seat to sit in it because it became uncomfortable after about 1/2 an hour. The other thing that I didn't like was the tool they give you to assemble it is downright useless. Too small and they should at least include two tools one hex key and one screwdriver. I was looking for an office chair now that I’m working from home multiple days a week and came across this one. I know it’s not technically an office chair, but the amazing reviews sealed the deal for me. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. Clear directions and everything lined up great. The leather material feels great and I like that the lumbar support can be height adjusted for where you need it. The seat is large enough that I can sit with my legs folded up on it, but I’m 5’4” so this may be a problem for anyone much taller. The up/down and forward/back movement adjusters are smooth and easy to use. It rolls without any issue. It’s not plush by any means but it is super comfortable. I only wish the arm rests were padded and then it would be fantastic. I’ll update after some use but for less than $100, it’s perfect. ... show more

It's a great bang for your buck if you like chairs with big seats. After 2 years no feature of the chair is broken and it's still plenty comfy The cushion has held up well enough, it's not totally flat (Keep in mind that I've weighed around 120lbs while owning this chair). A large tear from all my scooting around has formed, but for a 100 dollar comfy chair of this kind I'm happy with it still. I'll probably cover it with a small towel to prevent further tearing I can't comment on the arms, I took them off as they got in the way of my desk and I often like to sit in odd positions anyways ... show more

Truth of the matter is, after a while the chair started to break down in different places for me. Weird squeaking, armbars aren't as locked in as they were anymore (and I barely use them but when I try to, it's an awkward balancing act), and chair adjustment mechanisms are jolty and not smooth. The lumbar and back neck support pillows are not comfortable to have installed and they constantly move even when harnessed tight. I got heavier so the chair doesn't stay into the desired height I NEED it to be in to avoid aches and pains in my wrists and low back areas. Often being the cause of my tight hamstrings, quads, and low back because it's a trial to keep good posture during long periods of time on my computer. HOWEVER, that's on me for getting heavier (I weighed less when I ordered the chair). This chair isn't for my particular weight class, so to speak. Lastly, sitting in this chair isn't that comfortable either. My old office chair I could sit in for hours without too much problem, maybe the occasional sweaty booty, but my butt will get sore in this one. This is a strange concern since a LOT of gamers play for extended hours. Being advertised as a gaming chair feels ironic, since I can't expect to be seated for too long before I need to get up or adjust myself to reduce the pain. Aside from all that, the chair does it's job as chair. It's nothing remarkable, but not too bad for the price neither. Honestly, it's the kind of quality I paid for. Anything around this point is bound to be less than spectacular. So it ends up being an alright chair. Definitely easy to assemble and it's definitely a chair you can sit on. But after that, it does its other jobs (support, comfortability, adjusting) kinda ok. For its price, it's not a bad choice for those wanting their first gaming chair or need a quick replacement until they can afford a better one. Unlike office chairs, this chair has really good stuff in it. It's comfortable, a bit challenging to build, is very sturdy, looks amazing, it builds really good, everything fits perfect and reclines upto 180 degrees.
