I bought this plyo box for our family. The box is light and cushioned. I use it to do step ups, but if you plan on doing jump training, make sure you place it up against a wall so it doesn't move when you jump. My 200 lb son jumps on it daily and it has held up so far.

The highest side is not stable enough to use, so consider that you get two sides instead of three. The soft material and light weight was attractive to me as I have small children that will use it, but if you are an adult over 125lbs give or take, I would get this if you want to use all three heights. ... show more

I expected more for the price. This is a foam box, covered by a plastic type covering with a zipper. It's not very sturdy and moves/sinks in when we jump on it. I expected more for the price I paid. I'd return but my kids are now using it for an expensive toy.

This box jump is lightweight, which is great for portability, but dangerous for feasibility. This box jump slides from underneath you as you're jumping on it - can you say topple backwards, anyone? I recommend finding a heavier duty box.

I wanted to love this product, but as some other reviews have mentioned, it’s pretty shaky if you’re using it for box jumps. I don’t feel safe doing it. Especially when you have it at the 20in and 24in heights. If you’re doing other stuff that doesn’t involve jumping on it then I’d say yea it’s good. ... show more
