we bought this for explosive workouts. its great for in home gym and bodyweight workouts. i would not recommend jumping on it without it being against a wall, i feel like its not sturdy enough for that especially at the tallest height. also not for single leg time over tension workouts as it can be a bit shaky. we still get a versatile use out of it, would recommend. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought the used model and it came looking like new. Both my boys used daily and still looking good. Light weight easy to use especially when having to move around the garage. The only down side is it’s light and slips on a polish concrete floor but most boxes will. Hold up good as my oldest is 230 lbs and smashes on it when he jumps. Love the multiple heights in one ... show more

Really like this box. Just used the 20 inch side for hip thrusts and it worked pretty well with some modification. Bought for box jumps and I like that it’s less pressure on my knees than a wooden Plyo box.

I've always wanted one. I'm so happy that I chose this one because initially I wanted the wood ones...but I kept thinking about, if I miss a step...I CANNOT scratch my legs or get hurt,ouch 😫.
