The term "truss rod" is used to define the steel bar that runs along a guitar's neck. The adjustment screw is located inside the sound hole, as shown in the image to the left. Using the Hex Key you get with this purchase, you'll be able to adjust the strings action (The distance between the strings and fingerboard).
