This is a good product and saves a lot of space. The reason I am giving it 4 star is because some parts were missing but I contacted the seller and they sent me the parts. Kelly, their customer service agent, has been very helpful and prompt with getting back with to me with the questions.

I love how this clothes rack looks in my bedroom! The material has a quality look about it and it is very sturdy once assembled. It took my partner about 2 hours from start to finish to put it together. It does come with extra pieces, so don’t panic if you have leftover screws etc. after assembling.

I love it. Feels secure. Fits all my hoodies plus more. Was easy to assemble by myself. I have about 30-40 hoodies and it fit most of them hanging up and then the rest on the side part. Plus fits some of my shoes on top and bottom part.

    • Overall nice unit, but not without some issues

Bought this organizer for our closet and overall it's a good unit for what it cost, but there were some quality issues. The adjustable feet screw up into plastic plugs that are inserted into the four legs. The plugs are very cheap and we had three of the four break. Once the square end cap breaks off the plug, the plugs then push up into the legs and you can no longer level the unit. I had to drill holes and run a machine screw through the legs just above the feet plugs to keep them for going up inside the legs. Other than these cheap plugs, the unit was well made, but this issue really needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. ... show more
