the handle came in several pieces that screw together. One of the sections would not screw together. The holes for attaching the head did not come close to lining up so I had to drill new holes. The handle segments loosen up after a few hours of use causing the head to flop around.

This tool is like 6 feet long. So if you are tall, and have a hard time finding "tall tools," this will work great for you. Even if you are of average height, or short, it will work as well. The hoe comes in sections which you cab add or subtract as you wish so the tool fits you just right. You simply screw the pieces together. The only trouble I had, was that after some use, the sections would loosen up a bit and require tightening. ... show more

It's a pretty mean tool and I've been using it to tame our out of control garden. The blade side works great in sandy / loose dirt and the rake side has worked pretty well for the clay and weed filled sections. I have a love hate relationship with the handle. On the one hand I've taken advantage of ability to change the handle height often especially in hard to reach or cramped sections. However, the raised edges of the connector pieces are pretty rough on my hands and make holding the tool a little inconvenient. ... show more

Huge time saver and I’m able to weed large areas in a short amount of time in the garden area without the need ton bending over or getting on my knees.
