I don't know what the rest of y'all used this for, but I used it to hang up a green screen by threading it through the opening at the top. It was cheap and it works, the hooks are fantastic. Solid value.

    • Great gear hoist for the money
This gear hoist rope is inexpensive but gets the job done. In many cases you can tie off the middle to your stand and have two hoists. The rope is thin, more like string, and is best for just a weapon or a small pack. I usually replace them after a few years in the elements.

Looks nice from the package . I hope it’s strong but looks a little thin . Could be good for an emergency kit but not for other stuff .

1/8 inch rope. I expected it to be the 1/4 that I'd bought before. So, not as strong and harder on your hands, but otherwise works fine
