I am literally thrilled with this little hair piece. I had low expectations going in, but was quickly surprised. The fast summary is the synthetic hair looks natural and the hair piece takes no experience to use. A total win when whether you need a fast hair remedy when you're running late or have a fancy night out. Works well with all hair types, but a total game changer for short and VERY fine hair. My hair is very short, so I don't think the hair piece looks natural (or even "right") in a half up half down situation for me, but I am able to bobby pin my shorter lower pieces to the base of my head and put on a wrap headband to cover that makes it look like a messy top knot only. I also found that triple tying it and wrapping a scrunchie around the base did bring the volume down to where I could probably wear it half up and half down. I bought this to try to find a solution to having to quickly pop over to the store on a bad hair day. With short fine hair, putting what I was able to in a pony tail wasn't cutting it. This is PERFECT for disguising a bad hair day when I don't have 30 minutes or more to fix it! Secure with a couple of bobbi pins (which are helpfully included if you don't have or can't find any) and you are good to go! What I didn't expect was how much I really LOVED the look and discovered this would easily work for nights out and even formal occasions. To think the money I could have saved getting my hair done as a bridesmaid SEVRAL times when this $10 solution would have given the same results! I have had less than a week (but played around with it as seen in these photos), so I can't speak to long term sturdiness, but at $10 the risk is low. That said, I don't see any indication that it was poorly made or that it won't last for a while. I actually bought two for color matching purposes and had planned to return one, but I'm keeping both! Both blonde shades worked well in my hair. The lighter of the two just makes it look like I have heavier bleached ends, like an ombre look, and still looks natural! If deciding between two colors and don't want to order more than one, I would suggest go to the one that looks like it would be lighter, if anything, as that will look like naturally grown out color. ... show more

The color matches my hair perfectly. It is a brown/black color. I was able to slightly curl the straight pieces and it looks amazing. A few hair pins and it is securely on my pony tail. Love it.

It's easy to use, totally cute but if you're looking for silver/white you won't be getting it here. It's a shade warmer than silver and definitely not white. I would order it again if the color was true

A perfect match to hair dye- L’Oréal Paris Excellence Creme Permanent Hair Color, 5RB Medium Reddish Brown, 100 percent Gray Coverage Hair Dye,- This is the dye i use and this matches perfectly . It looks so natural. It is very easy to use . Just make a ponytail and place this around like a hair tie. I will secure with a Bobby pin if it is really windy out or if i am going to be running or jogging or exercising . It is good quality. The hair does not look fake and real shiny like it sometimes can with these products. The volume is nice this piece has some curl and spike to it which i love . It is one size fits all. It is thick enough that you don't see stitching etc. but not so thick it looks like you are wearing a squirrel on your head lol. I use a comb on the spikes parts and i use a small pick on the curls. I store them in a ziplock bag laying flat out of bright lights. I have never had a fading issue ,from light sun;but do not want any either. I have used just water to clean but if you place hair spray on it you may need a wig shampoo.i have even worn one in the poll no issues from chlorine no hairs falling out not sure if you should swim in it repeatedly, but it was a pool party and it worked! I have gotten many compliments one individual hadn't seen me in a year and said wow your hair got so long it looks great ! How can you beat that ? You can be ready to go in a matter of minutes and look like you spent an hour on your hair . I have a messy bun hair piece I got about 20+ years ago that I really liked and decided I wanted to utilize the ease of saving time in the morning, but have a bit more variety - plus my old one has highlights I don't have any more. Recently I bought a few different options to try to find the one for me, this was actually the last I ordered and is the one I'm settled on keeping. It matches my hair pretty perfectly. It looks just about exactly how I would like as a messy bun - if I could do it with my own hair, but mine is so fine/thin messy buns aren't that easy to do naturally. That brings me to the one thing I wish could be better somehow. My old messy bun piece was easy to loop twice around my own hair, this one, it's a bit tight to loop twice, and then harder to adjust to a natural look. Using it just placed on my hair, just the loop it comes in, is OK --- but I am worried it'll fall out easier - esp over winter dealing with sweatshirts etc. I use a thicker holder for my hair in a bun - the kind that looks like an old school curly phone cord.
