I opened it for 5 minutes and couldn't get past step 1 because the holes for the bolts are waaay off. Idk if this is common with this chair and brand but the shipping was great and I had high hopes from the reviews. Just a cr@ppy build and cheap @$$ quality control. Like come on lol, you have the tools and the means but can't line up the holes? If you're reading this DO NOT bother ordering anything from HLDIRECT unless you're cool with only using half the hardware(thus half the build strength) or enjoy returning products. Idk what I was expecting but I guess I learned the hard way to just bite the bullet and pay for a better brand then having high hopes and waiting and anticipating for this junk. ... show more

Putting it together was not to bad. The wheels for me do not roll good but I am a big guy. I do not like the leg rest. But may be fine for a smaller person. On the recline I would prefer a pillow but I don't game like that. I give it a 4 out of 5 on comfort. Way better than I was useing

pros great if you want a chair, con very cheap material. arms gotten weak on the third day, bottom cushion is thin after sitting on for an hour. customer service was not great either in shipping.
