I love the look. I purchased the black with white soles. I had planter fascist surgery last yr on both legs. And I couldn't feel relief. I purchased new balance shoes per pediatrist recommendation. I went to be fitted at a shoe store and I purchased those high dollar shoes 180.00 and they hurt my feet horribly with the inserts surgeon fitted me for. So for the last 2 1/2 yrs my quality of life has been 0 after surgery I pushed myself in these new balance shoes and I was miserable. I tried to go back to work being on my feet 35hrs a wk and I had to put lidocaine on my feet and legs with pain medicine from my Dr. So I have had the worse of the worse pain ever. Come to find out I have cysts and nodgels in my feet and they can't remove. So I've seen 3 different Drs and no relief. I order the HKR shoes and trust me when I say I have searched and read reviews on all brands. And I decided to give these a try. I opened up my package and thought oh my these are good looking shoes I hope they work. I waited until the next day to wear them to start out fresh. I had no problem putting the shoes on. As I seen in reviews some had issues doing so. I actually put my hands in the shoe to see what support they have and they have a nice support in all the right places I wear a 6 1/2 wide. And they fit perfect. The true test is walking in them so I thought why not go to the grocery store. I was in the store almost 2hrs. When normally I can't walk an hr and pushing a heavy cart. I was able to do my shopping pain free. I couldn't believe I was in the store 2hrs. I haven't done that in almost 3 yrs usually I'm laying on my cart to help me get thru a basic shopping. I wore these shoes over 10 hrs no pain. After I took my shoes off no swelling of my feet or legs. And no leg cramps and foot pain in the middle of the night. Im so happy with these shoes. I'm on a weight loss journey. And I believe I can go back to the gym with these shoes. And the cost is worth every bit. Now remind you, both of my feet have cysts and nodgels & arthritis. I will be purchasing more pairs of different colors. I hope this helps someone whose quality of life was like mine. ... show more

I have very problem feet, and shoes are something on which I don't spare any expense. These shoes look good, are comfortable, and offer a modicum of support where needed. I can't use inserts, and these shoes don't need them. If I have to be on my feet for 8 hours, which in ANY shoes is difficult for me, these work ok. And they look cute, too. ... show more

I love these shoes. As soon as I put them on and spent 15 hours in them they are great. I have worn them all week and my feet do not hurt. I repeat they do not hurt. They fit great,are comfortable and I love them. I am a Medical Assistant and am on my feet all day. These are better than the any expensive pair out there. I read some posted questions and reviews saying to order half a size up if you want to wear socks with the shoes, and I don’t regret it. I wear a size 9, ordered a 9.5, i’ve only worn them for 2 days but they are amazing! I work in an airport so i’m constantly on my feet walking around on tile, and not once through my 8 hour shift did my feet hurt. They’re really comfortable and slide on and off easily. I haven’t had a chance to test how good the traction is or if they’re really non slip yet. Also, they don’t set off the metal detectors in TSA like my old work boots did :) ... show more

    • After foot surgery these were the shoes I worked into for working wear
Had to have a light nonrestrictive shoe for work. It had to be something with support, but I just couldn't tolerate laces and binds yet, so this was what I went with. It is a wonderful shoe.
