Description

Installation:Step 1Open the box, confirm the quantity:6x elbows, 6x tees, 12x flanges, 12x long pipes, 9x short pipes, matching screws. Step 2Each long pipe needs to be connected to the flange. Step 3Combine the short pipes, tees and elbows together. Step 4Combine "short pipe teams" and "long pipe teams" together. Step 5Place it on a soft carpet horizontally and gently press it with your hand to keep all accessories level. Step 6Assembling another set. Step 7Need to buy extra wood, our products do not contain wood.It is recommended that the board width be less than or equal to 12 inches. Step 8Fix with screws to the wall. I have really limited cabinet and counter space in my kitchen so I was looking for a simple coffee bar with storage. I left off the top tier of the center support to make it more user friendly as a counter surface and it works really well. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pipes don’t line up correctly when tightened all the way and that makes installation a little tricky. So if these where to be tight and secure this is where everything should line up. Instead if I go ahead and keep these they will be loose and I’m expecting a rattle of pipes and dished every time a truck passes. Loved the finish and quality on this pipe kit. They are painted a nice smooth black, threads are adequate, a little finicky though. Comes with drywall anchors, adequate for most applications- find a stud instead if you can. (If only drywall anchor, don’t use all the holes on the flange, multiple drywall anchors close together negates holding strength in drywall). Since i was using scrap butcher block (heavy), i opted for 1. Stud lags where able 2. 100 lb drywall anchors where no stud 3. Furring strip on bottom shelf. Solid as a rock. I used this for my bathroom closet. I was tired of the white wire shelves that don't really keep some items upright. The best thing about these brackets is that you can adjust your width to what you need. They are heavy duty, painted already so you don't have that problem. I stained some 2x10s in Minwax special walnut to use as the shelves. They don't come with the wood included and that's fine with me. I used a similar unit in my closet and it changed my world. I have a high end look for a low end budget. My teen has already requested I redo her closet with one of these units. Great product but do yourself a favor and go to Lowe’s and buy quality anchors. The ones that come with it are useless. Pain to screw in all of the screws. Ours came with three so we used the third horizontal to hang clothes on

I'd venture to say it will hold 200lbs without stud support and only using sheet rock. I found a pipe or two I had to flip so it would be tighter while being in the correct angle. I am buying a house next year and this is what I am going to use to hold aquarium stuff and I fully intend to buy more to make a whole wall of it. FYI no you can't eyeball it.
