Worked great, but 3 monts after warranty was up the power just shut down right in the middle of a show, no more tv. My first "smart tv" not sure they are so smart. One yr 3 months is all I got out of this $400 tv. You get what you pay for I guess. TV's are disposable now I guess...garbage dump it goes. And YES I am angry, can't keep buying tvs every year! The color was nice. It had decent features. It regularly disconnected from my wifi but nbd. Then it just got a critical error out of nowhere. Ordered May 19th, 2022. Broke July 1st, 2023. 1 year manufacturer warranty. We don’t watch much TV and we definitely didn’t get our use out of it. From other online reviews I’ve seen, it appears the TV is designed to break just after the warranty expires. Context: We we’re watching YouTube on my computer and decided to stream it to the TV. The TV said the wifi was disconnected. Ok. Typical. Go into wifi settings, click connect, it connects. The YouTube video started playing in the background but the tv had a weird grey box in the in the middle of the screen that was just kind of a haze over the video as well as a message in the top right of the screen that flashed “wifi not connected.” It was working and playing and loading while flashing in the corner for about 2 minutes and then the video froze and the screen went blank. When I push the power button on the TV or the remote, the light under the TV flashes red. The internet tells me this is a power board failure and needs to be replaced. The internet also says you’re like lying to have to replace the TV just after a year. 0 stars if I could. DON’T BUY THIS JUNK TV. Hisense is just another trashy, greedy, corporate entity that doesn’t have any pride in their products and customer service is a nightmare. ... show more

It’s a great tv and was simple to setup. The picture quality is fantastic. Quality for the price is spot on. It does occasionally glitch where we have to turn the power off to reset.

    • Second TV lasts for less than a year

Same exact issue.. first TV won't turn on after one year and 2 weeks of purchase.. and warranty is only one year. Second TV stopped working today same issue. Bought on January of this year. So should be under warranty. I will update this after hearing back from them. So far.. I don't recommend it. Good cheap TV but if you need to buy a new one every year. I think spend 100 more and get a different good brand that lasts for years at least. Such a waste! UPDATE: so they sent someone to my place to fix the TV. He said the TV turns on but no backlight to see it. And it can nit be fixed. Then he destroyed the TV and told me that I'll be getting a new one. There was none in-stock so they actually sent me an upgrade, a QLED TV. Much better quality than the kne I used to have. Brand new and ao far its been working fine. Satisfied with the warranty and how they sent everything without asking me to pay for anything, not even shipping like other companies would do. ... show more

I have this TV now for few months. it works great. There is was a minor issue which bothered me so much i.e. the TV seemed so laggy. but later found out that it is not the TV it is the bluetooth remote. I tried a remote app from the phone it worked fine, thats how I found it is remote issue. im still figuring out how to fix this remote issue, but the TV is awesome. This is a great set for the price. Louder than my LG 75” and stays connected to wifi unlike the LG. I expected more apps from Android set but it works great. The storage is somewhat limited, but you can always uninstall what you are not using.

    • Broke in less than 1 year!!!

This is THE WORST TV we've ever purchased. It does not have enough memory to store many apps so the main board fried it self when storage became full. Hundreds, if not thousands of people have reported the same problem. Support was useless. The TV won't stay on longer than 5 minutes and it will not let me factory reset it. I bought a firestick based on comments I read in similar instances and tried to bypass the crappy android system. We'll, that didn't work either. The picture was nice for what little time it did work. So disappointed and wish we had went with a better brand. Update: Hisense support advised to download and install firmware update via USB. TV is now bricked and won't turn on at all now. Main board is going to have to be replaced. Expensive piece of junk now. Thanks for robbing us Hisense. ... show more

Bought this to use with my treadmill. It has clear picture, fairly intuitive user interface, great range of sound, and easy to mount onto the ceiling. I am very happy that I went with this, instead the Samsung which cost a couple of hundred dollars extra. With the TV hanging in front of the treadmill, I find myself wanting to get on that treadmill every day. ... show more
